Jake Lynch
Consultant, Sustainability
Mr. Lynch joined BEE Engineers in May of 2024 as a part-time Junior Consultant with the Sustainability Department. By January of 2025, his role was increased to full time and to that of Consultant, Sustainability. Jake adds to our Sustainability team by conducting site inspections, testing and troubleshooting building air tightness, generating models for building and energy efficiency, and helping with compliance to Green Building Programs.
Prior to his time at BEE, Mr. Lynch was a Frame to Finish Carpenter with Hammer & Hand. In his role there, he learned and utilized a myriad of tools and materials, read and interpreted plans, details, and diagrams, and applied his meticulous attention to detail to deliver a high-quality product.
Mr. Lynch worked at Habitat for Humanity before Hammer & Hand as an AmeriCorps member. This position involved furthering the cause of housing affordability through leadership and craft, strong communication skills with people of diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and working in collaboration with a team, as well as on his own.
