Paul Cooper

Project Inspector

Mr. Cooper joined the team at BEE Engineers in June of 2023 as a Project Inspector for BEE’s Inspection and Sustainability Departments. In his role for the Inspection Department, Mr. Cooper inspects buildings from a Building Envelope waterproofing standpoint to provide quality control on our projects. Mr. Cooper provides on-site inspections as required by the different green building programs. He also performs air-leakage testing on a per unit basis to comply with the Washington State Energy Code and different green building programs for the Sustainability Department.

Mr. Cooper worked for Aerotek as a Recruiter for a year prior to coming to BEE Engineers. During this time, he performed high volume recruiting across multiple job markets, sourced and screened candidates for contract-to-hire positions, developed unique sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates, and met with business partners to build relationships and better understand their staffing needs.

Prior to working at Aerotek, Mr. Cooper spent two plus years at LAAS Excavation as a Business Administrator while simultaneously attending college. He performed a variety of duties in this position; scheduling customer meetings, supplier relations, customer service, and purchasing materials.

Mr. Cooper also worked as an Assistant Manager before attending college for Stanwood Cinemas. As Assistant Manager, Mr. Cooper performed opening and closing duties, managed a small staff and oversaw the daily operations of the cinema, and performed monthly inventory audits, all while providing exemplary customer service.
