Chris Pressey, P.E.

Mr. Pressey joined BEE Engineers in March of 2026 as a Senior Project Manager. He primarily works on our remediation projects, helping our clients find the source of their Building Envelope issues through field investigations and interviews, as well as conducting any necessary research of maintenance procedures, and codes, regulations, and standards in order to provide solutions to apply to the problems they are experiencing. He then provides the client with a report outlining his findings and recommendations for repair or replacement.

Prior to Mr. Pressey’s employment at BEE, he held a position at Envista Forensics from January 2020 as a Senior Forensic Engineer where he investigated the origin and cause of civil and structural failures within residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This included performing field investigations and documentation, conducting interviews, analyzing the building systems and relevant data, and reviewing codes, regulations and standards to determine the factors and sequence of events in order to prepare reports and letters outlining the origin and cause of the damages.

Concurrently Mr. Pressey founded and manged Pressey Management and Investments, providing Property and Construction Management services by performing due diligence for acquisitions, development asset management plans, executed and controlled business plans and managed properties.
