Torin Garner

Senior Testing Specialist

Mr. Garner joined BEE Engineers in May 2017 as a Testing Technician. In his role, Mr. Garner’s responsibilities include completing Air Barrier and Window Testing projects, field project coordination, and project plan review. Mr. Garner’s 16 plus years of masonry and waterproofing experience has left him well versed in procedures and the hands-on methods of an on-site testing representative.


Mr. Garner brings extensive experience in cement masonry to the role and is an asset to the BEE team, as such he was promoted to Senior Testing Specialist in May of 2023. In February of 2024, Mr. Garner completed the Air Barrier Association of America training and earned the title of Level 1 Whole Building Air Tightness Technician.


Prior to Mr. Garner’s employment at BEE, he held a position for over five years at CNC Diversified in Seattle, WA as the Lead Finisher. In this role, he applied his knowledge of all waterproofing materials and safety requirements. He was also responsible for managing the crews and projects, as well as material, labor, and costs. Before that, Mr. Garner worked as the Lead Finisher for American Protective Coatings in Seattle, WA in charge of their customer relations, and hiring and training the crews. He managed their materials costs and labor, and was in charge of all finishing and installing all waterproofing and flooring.
