Five-story apartment building with 34 units.
Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, this five-story apartment features 34 residential units. The project was completed in the later part of 2018.
For the 11th & Aloha project, BEE Engineers performed a full building envelope design with inspection and testing package.
