Built in 2018, Edison Condos (12th and John) is a luxury condo development located in the capitol hill neighborhood with 51 units and an extravagant outdoor central courtyard.

 On this project, BEE provided a full building envelope design package as well as a full construction administration scope including RFI/ submittal review, onsite inspections and envelope testing for RCW 64.55 compliance.
