Filipino Community Village

Five-story Affordable Housing with 95 units.

Located on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and Othello Street in Seattle, this five-story affordable housing project provides 95 senior housing units that are also affordable housing. 

For the Filipinio Community Village project, BEE Engineers performed an Energy Performance Study, ESDS Consulting, full building Envelope Design, as well as Inspections, and Total Building Energy Modeling.
