Terrace Station

Fresh and modern milti-family, mixed-use facility.

Situated in close proximity to the new Mountlake Terrace light rail station, the Terrace Station project consists of two multi-family, mixed-use apartment buildings with a combined total of over 70,000 SF of commercial retail space and more than 400 residential units between the two buildings.

BEE Engineers provided the full range of building envelope services on both buildings, including building envelope and energy consultation, as well as Construction Administration scopes such as inspection and testing.
