University Place at Union Bay

Seven-story mixed-use condominium building with 240 units.

Located in the University Village neighborhood of Seattle, this seven-story mixed-use building features retail and office space, a food hall and approximately 240 condominium units.  The project is currently under construction.

For the University Place at Union Bay project, BEE Engineers provided a full building envelope design with inspection and testing packages.
